Gina Jean-Baptiste took care of my 95 year old mother for about a year and a half, showing up every morning, and then again in the evening, to help her with ADL such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation and light housekeeping. When my mother needed overnight care, Gina spent the night on a cot, which she brought with her. Gina possesses the two most important qualities that I wanted in a caregiver: kindness and reliability. She always showed up, always on time and her good nature, patience and willingness to adapt to my mother’s declining cognitive abilities made their time together enjoyable for my mother. In addition to all of her other qualities, she has a background in nursing, so she was able to monitor my my mothers blood pressure and edema. Highly recommend!

The aids are wonderful and very attentive to their clients. Seeing these wonderful people have the patience to stay and sit almost all day to help and care for those who aren't physically able to anymore is heartwarming. Thank you all for the work that you do.

We needed respite care services. My father is the primary care giver for my mom and he needed a well deserved break. We had searched other options, but felt it best that she remained at home. With that being said, I called several places stemming from referrals received, but didn't get good vibes from the interactions over the phone. Gina answered right away, and I immediately felt comfortable when she said she was flexible and willing to meet with our 24 hour in home service needs for 10 days. Gina is a caring and compassionate person, and her staff is as well. My mother's regimen is quite difficult, and they were able to pick up on her needs quickly, and even made some great suggestions on how we could make things easier for ourselves when caring for our mom. I'm 100% positive that the next respite break will be provided by them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of any of the services they offer.
